Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the actual weight, size, contents or addresses differ, the final price may change. Additional services such as packing, liftgate or storage may be charged separately.

Shipper responsibilities

• Provide accurate shipment details and addresses.
• Pack items securely and label them correctly.
• Do not ship prohibited, hazardous or illegal items.
• Provide complete and accurate customs information for international shipments.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays can be caused by weather, customs inspections, incorrect addresses or other events outside our control.

Customs, duties and taxes

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes and inspection by customs authorities. Unless otherwise agreed, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Loss or damage

Report any loss or damage as soon as possible with your tracking number and supporting photos. Our liability is limited as described in your shipping agreement unless additional cargo protection was purchased.
